Planning Approval

We are preparing a series of technical assessments such as bushfire, ecology, acoustic, hydrology, traffic, visual impact and culture heritage to accompany the planning application. These will outline any potential impacts of the site and will recommend ways to manage or mitigate those impacts.

The outcomes of these assessments will provide us with the information we need to ensure the project is safe and any potential impacts are minimised.

Community engagement for the proposed project including providing information about the project and seeking community and neighbour feedback on the proposal.

Submission of planning application

The application is currently being compiled with all site surveys complete.

After commissioning is complete the facility is considered operational and capable of charging/recharging elecitricity to the grid.

Connected and operating

Planning approval granted

Construction commences

With a positive investment case, the project will move from development to construction. Commencing in early 2027, the final 3-6 months of this phase will be spent commissioning

The assessment and submissions phases of the project are expected to be 6-9 months for a project of this nature, assuming a straightforward development with no significant impacts
